Access To Justice

Equitable Law

Access to justice, as defined by the United Nations Development Program and understood and accepted within the international human rights community, means that laws and remedies must be just, equitable, and sensitive to the needs of the poor and marginalized.

Security & Humans Rights

Human Security

The link between security and human rights is important and is reinforced only if we consider that human rights define human security. Individual, international, and national development requires the protection of human rights therefore you cannot have security without the protection of human rights.

Womens Rights & Gender Equality

Equal Rights

Gender equality is at the very heart of human rights and United Nations values. A fundamental principle of the United Nations Charter adopted by world leaders in 1945 is "equal rights of men and women", and protecting and promoting women's human rights is the responsibility of all States.

Natural Resources & Human Rights

Workers Rights

The development of natural resources is essential to the production of energy, goods and food. Under the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, it is the responsibility of the companies developing these resources, as well as their buyers and investors, to safeguard the human rights of workers and communities affected by their activities.
